Biographical Sketch

Professor Marc Edelman is a member of the faculty at Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where teaches and writes in the areas of antitrust, contracts, property law and sports law. He is regularly cited by the media about how the Sherman Act applies to professional sports leagues, and was recently cited in a Supreme Court brief involving the case American Needle v. National Football League.

In addition to teaching law school, Professor Edelman serves as Of Counsel to the law firm Ebanks & Sattler, where he maintains a book of business representing clients on antitrust and contractual matters. Some of Professor Edelman's current clients include a collegiate athlete who is seeking to turn professional, an online interactive marketing company, a doctor seeking to renegotiate his employment contract, and one of the nation's largest fantasy football competitions.
